I've signed up for Hookit.com to start my sponsorship search for the 2011 season. I'm off to a good start, getting a few offers. Sadly, none of them really are of benefits for me. I can't fulfill the requirements listed in the contract, so I rejected them.
The weather is getting better every day here in New York, and can't wait for my first long ride of the season this weekend. And, with a week off next week, I have some good training planned. I can't tell you what, though, It would give away my secrets!
Till next time,

Titanflex
I have always romanticized beam (boom) bikes. From the Softride, to the Titanflex, I love the progressive designs of these bikes.
And, about a month ago today, I acquired a Titanflex Veteran for use this year. Tom Piszkin was great to work with, and even though I couldn't afford a brand new bike, hooked me up with a used one. I'll let the picture do the talking.
So, watch out, Ultra Marathon world, DG has a new beast of a bike for the 2011 season!
For now,

The 2011 Season
I'm not going to lie about this, nor hide any details. The 2010 Season was a disappointing season. I was plagued with overtraining, sickness, lack of motivation, and mechanical failures.
On the upper hand, though, my optimism still will show through. This year, I have been in contact with a few other Ultra Marathon Cyclists to help me have some continued success. (Thank you, Rob Morlock!) And, after extensive reading, and studying, I have come up with a training schedule that should land me at the Adirondack 540 injury and over training free!
I'll keep you posted on more! Till next time,
